WATCH: Deepika Padukone in dilemma as a fan tries to pull her bag while she steps out of a restaurant
Deepika Padukone recently stepped out in the city for her shooting schedule. However, she got caught in a tense situation later on.
There are times when celebrities get stuck in situations that they might have never thought about. Fans often go berserk after having got a glimpse of their favourite stars at a particular place or an occasion. This is exactly what happened with Deepika Padukone recently who stepped out in the city for some work. The actress who is currently gearing up for Pathan has been frequently spotted out and about in Mumbai over the past few days owing to shoots.
It so happened that the Chhapaak star went to a nearby restaurant for dinner after having completed her shoot. However, Deepika was taken aback while stepping out from the outlet as a huge contingent of fans, onlookers, and paparazzi surrounded her from all corners. Not only that but the red handbag which she was carrying also got caught in between as someone tried to pull it while she made her way out of the crowd. All this while, Deepika tried to remain calm and composed.

As has been mentioned above, Deepika Padukone is preparing for her upcoming movie Pathan co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. For the uninitiated, Salman Khan will be making an extended cameo in the movie and reportedly began shooting for the same on Thursday. The pictures of his car from the film sets prove the same. She will also be seen alongside Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Shakun Batra’s upcoming project. Deepika will also team up with Hrithik Roshan for Fighter.
