Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh graced the theatres a week back and since then, it has managed to keep the strongest hold on the Box Office. The film is a love story of a guy who goes ahead to destroy himself completely after his beau is hitched to someone else. Kabir, played by Shahid Kapoor, has impressed everyone with his dark and angry acting post his break up with Preeti, portrayed by Kiara Advani. The film has received massive applause from the audience and is still holding strong.
Kabir Singh is into its second week and already is making huge numbers at the box office. As per the early trends of Monday itself, Kabir Singh is expected to rake in Rs 9 Crore nett which would take the total box office collection to Rs 188 Crore. In just 11 days, Shahid and Kiara starrer has managed to win the hearts of the audience and also keep a strong hold on the box office collection. The word of mouth and the reviews of the film also helped Shahid’s film to have a great run at the box office. 
Kabir Singh is a Hindi remake of a Telugu film, Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. Shahid played the lead in the film who falls in love with Preeti on her first day of college. The film’s music is a major highlight as the songs like Bekhayali, Tumhe Kitna Chahne Lage Hum, Mere Sohneya and more have been loved by the youth. Helmed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy, Kabir Singh is expected to cross Rs 200 Crores in this week itself. It will be interesting to see how Ayushmann Khurrana starrer affects Kabir Singh’s numbers in the coming days.
