2019 has been the year for sequels and reboots and joining the former bandwagon is Frozen 2, which is based on the characters we came to love back in 2013 with Frozen. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf wormed their way into our hearts and taught us an alternative meaning to having your dreams come true. Frozen 2 delves into the past of how Elsa garnered the magical powers in the first place. But, this would leave the squad to head into the unknown and explore past secrets that could hurt rather than heal these characters.
Frozen 2 released in India and worldwide on Friday, i.e. November 22, 2019, and has been having a phenomenal run with mostly positive reactions from critics and fans alike. According to Box Office India, when it comes to the India box-office collection, Day 4, i.e. Monday saw a drop of 50% for the animated flick as the Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell starrer collected Rs 1.75 crore. However, in terms of the total four-day collection for Frozen 2, the numbers are pretty impressive as the animated flick has collected Rs 20 crore (Friday - Rs 3.25 crore, Saturday - Rs 6.75 crore, Sunday - Rs 8.25 crore, Monday - Rs 1.75 crore), so far.
