Besides, the movie is also on a spree to crush several box office records. With its magnificent run at the box office, War has recorded the third highest first week collections of all times after Salman Khan’s Sultan (2016) and Prabhas’ Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017). In fact, it has also beaten Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju, which earned Rs. 200.08 crore in its first week, to grab the third position in the list.

To note, so far War has emerged as the third highest grosser after Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh and Vicky Kaushal’s URI: The Surgical Strike. However, given its winning run, it is expected that the biggest action entertainer of 2019 will also emerge as the highest grosser of the year.
