EXCLUSIVE: Emraan Hashmi wants to work with Sandeep Reddy Vanga; Says ‘I found Kabir Singh fascinating’
Emraan Hashmi, who is gearing up for the release of Mumbai Saga, has opened up on the list of directors he wants to work with in the future and it includes Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Emraan Hashmi, who is known for his impeccable acting skills, dapper looks and evergreen romantic numbers, is making the headlines as he has some interesting movies in the pipeline. The handsome actor will be seen in Amitabh Bachchan and Krystle D’Souza starrer Chehre along with John Abraham’s crime drama Mumbai Saga. Needless to say, Emraan’s massive fan following is eagerly waiting for the actor to take over the silver screen and spill his magic once again. Amid this, the Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji actor got into an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla and shared his experience of working during the pandemic, directors he wants to work with in future and more.
The actor stated that he had shot for around 2-3 projects during the pandemic. “Returning to work felt like a kid being dragged back to school. But after the first day of the set and just enjoying the atmosphere again, I am happy we crawling back to some kind of normal scene now.” While he has an interesting line up, Emraan was also quizzed about the directors he has been looking forward to working with.
To this, he was all praises for Sandeep Reddy Vanga and his 2019 release Kabir Singh starring Kabir Singh and Kiara Advani in the lead. “I want to work with the director of Kabir Singh. I found that film fascinating. I really liked it.” Apart from Sandeep, Emraan also wants to work with Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, etc who bring out a very theatrical experience.
Meanwhile, Emraan was also seen in Jubin Nautiyal’s recently released single Lut Gaye along with Yukti Thareja and the song has managed to win millions of hearts.
