Robert Pattinson fills the big shoes of Ben Affleck as he plays Batman in the Matt Reeves directorial on the DC superhero. A new report claims that the new Batman is having trouble beefing up for the role.
Almost all his previous roles did not require him to undergo a physical transformation. However, Robert Pattinson was aware The Batman would be different. Months after it was announced that Pattinson will be filling Ben Affleck's shoes to play the next Batman, a set of now-deleted photos revealed the Twilight star has begun physically preparing for the role. Pattinson was seen working out and preparing himself to fit in the Batsuit. Pattinson needs to be a certain shape and size to play a convincing billionaire playboy during the day and Batman in the night.
However, a new report claims Pattinson is having trouble bulking up for the role. If a new scoop from Grace Randolph, whose scoops have been more or less been right, is to be believed, Pattinson may be finding it difficult to prepare for the role. The insider reveals that he is having trouble muscling up for the role.
"I’ve also heard that Robert Pattinson is having a little bit of trouble bulking up. I think it’s probably impossible for him to fully bulk up because he just has a slight build, but I think it’s hilarious they are like, ‘Maybe if we gave him a few more weeks, he might bulk up’. If he hasn’t bulked up by now, he’s not going to bulk up. Just accept you have skinny Batman and deal with it," Randolph claims, We Got This Covered reports.
It is important you take this piece of Batman update with a pinch of salt for the Warner Bros or Reeves haven't addressed the rumour yet. The Batman also stars Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Paul Dano as Edward Nashton/The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth.
